A fixed price, a fixed scope and a fixed delivery date — in your inbox within one working day of the call, valid two weeks. Shoot days and edit days itemised separately, because the edit is where the work hides.
Script or interview guide, location, schedule. You approve everything before anyone picks up a camera.
Three to five people, and you'll know all of their names before the day. The person you briefed is the one directing.
